Chuireamar fáilte  ar ais abhaile ar an Céadaoin , go Scoil Réalt na Mara roimh Lyndsey Davey iar-scolaire de chuid Réalt na Mara.

On Wednesday we welcomed Lyndsey Davey, a past pupil of Scoil Réalt na Mara back home with the Brendan Martin All Ireland ladies GAA trophy..

Rang 5 agus 6 formed a guard of honour as Lyndsey arrived at the school at about 1.15pm, accompanied by officials from Skerries Harps GAA club and also Louise and Johnny our GAA school coaches.

Lyndsey was met by a sea of blue flags and jerseys as all the pupils had made a great effort to wear the sky blue colours.

Lyndsey had photos taken with the junior and senior infant classes before they went home and after then made her way to the halla where ranganna 1,2,3,4,5 agus 6 were waiting to cheer her on.

Lyndsey answered many questions and signed autographs but the biggest cheer was when she announced that there would be no homework that night.

We were all very impressed with Lyndsey and with her many achievements to date.

Afterwards Lyndsey had her photo taken with each class.

Go raibh maith agat Lyndsey, agus Skerries Harps agus Johnny agus Louise for a great day.

Same again next year Lyndsey!
